  2. Studiophile Broadcaster allows you to download video files, desktop activity or streaming video via your webcam. The program acts as a virtual camera unit, and can order any webcam application (eg, Yahoo Messenger, Live Messenger, Skype, etc.) to the driver instead of the regular channel camera. Broadcaster will then act as a proxy between your camera and application so that you stored between record live webcam and broadcast files change or even desktop activity. In addition, the program also allows you to transfer multiple applications, so you want to use your webcam with more than one e-mail application, at the same time. Studiophile Broadcaster can also be used for video playback from other media players or web browsers by using the registry, within the field of video and save it to record. The video can then be saved as MPEG, MP4, AVI or VOB. The program offers unique features that we particularly like the ability to send, desktop activity on the Live Messenger (or other applications). The lack of detailed documentation, however, mAke is difficult to use for inexperienced users.

  3. Get a PC and install Windows 2000 Advanced Server on it. After installation is complete the set as a streaming media server is full / with the help of a wizard! Very easy to do!

    The cost would be

    1. Windows 2000 Advanced Server (because it would be illegal to download via torrent, and is not recommended ;-)
    2. Internet access
