The bacteria 'Coliform' has been found in my urine and ear swab, what is that all about? - dizziness urine

Antibiotics cure if you have the correct dose for the moment, and of course the right antibiotic (I think the doctor) has a sensitivity test. I have no IDE, where the infection came, you may think that if you have been somewhere in unsanitary conditions for the last time? Vertigo is probably due to ear infection, ear controls the sense of balance or dizziness. Be sure to drink plenty of water.
